

Addis Ababa, (FBC) – The Conical of Ministers of Ethiopia in its 70th regular session held today passed decision after deliberating on a document detailing economic reform measures and future directions.
The Council stressed the necessity of reforms to stimulate the country’s economy, ensure sustainable development, deal with economic challenges and to transform the economy from state-led to private sector-led one.
The Councils is convinced that these economic reform measures are key to stimulate the economy, sustain economic growth, reduce unemployment and maintain macroeconomic stability, according to a statement issued by office of the Prime Minister.
Hence, it unanimously approved the document to come into effect, the office added.
