Conditions in these camps are worsening, as many climate refugees, especially children, suffer from malnutrition, poor hygiene arising from a lack of sanitation and sexual and gender-based violence. Against the backdrop of rapid climate change, more droughts are predicted in Somaliland, which will inevitably lead to a growing number of climate refugees in the country
