In the early evening, Puntland army fought what it called “armed drug dealers” in Galkayo in its Puntland-administered Galkayo . The initial report suggests at the least four of the combatants died in the fire and injured 15 civilians. Another fight erupted in this morning, the death toll is estimated to be five people including two women.
