Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted an army camp in Mogadishu, Somalia, leaving scores dead and many others injured.
The Foreign Ministry of Bahrain extended sincere condolences to the families of the victims, the Somali Government and people, wishing the wounded quick recovery.
It affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with the Somali Government in its efforts to eliminate terrorist organizations.
It reiterated its unequivocal rejection of all forms of extremism and terrorism, urging concreted efforts to combat terrorism and dry up its sources of funding.
At least 15 people were killed on Tuesday in a suicide bombing in the Somali capital that targeted recruits who were lined up outside an army camp.
