

Somalia’s president Muhammad Abdullahi Farmajo has appreciated the work Somali frontline health workers are doing to control COVID-19 as the country still battles the scourge of the pandemic.
In an encouraging meeting with some of the doctors and health workers, President Farmajo commended them for their selfless efforts in safeguarding the health of the Somali people.
Farmajo has urged the public to observe safety protocols in controlling spread of Covid19 in Somalia.
In his statement, the president noted that he took the COVID19 Vaccine injection and urged all citizens to also get vaccinated for the good of their loved ones and the nation at large.
