Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre meets with the zoobe’s 2 emergency committee

The Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre has met with the zoobe 2 rescue committee in the Prime minister’s office and listened to reports about the people affected by the explosion with the 119 deaths in October and how they benefited from the government support .

The committee briefed the prime minister on the work done and how they helped the people who were affected by the explosion.
The chairman of the disaster management agency Mahamoud Ma’alin reported that the people affected by the explosion were rescued well and were paid the families for their loss of the deaths and said only 113 are verified.

also, stating that 10 injured were sent outside the country for medical care and reported that they paid for all the expenses for almost $2000. the chairman affirmed that the committee also paid the medical expenses of the injured people in the country.

The Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre praised the Somali people including the university students and also the international committee for their role to extend support to those people affected by the explosion in October.
