Halima Mohamed, the wife of Prof. Abdiwahab Sheikh Abdisamad, who spoke to the media in Nairobi, accused Prime Minister Roble of being behind the arrest of her husband in Nairobi.
According to his wife, Prof. Abdiwahab had been arrested for talking about Somalia, she said it was unfortunate the prime minister’s office had organized his arrest, adding that Prime Minister Roble would take responsibility for any problems she encountered.
His sister, Faiso Sheikh Abdisamad, said it came as a shock to her family that the prime minister had asked Kenyan officials to arrest my brother.
It has been Five days since Prof. Abdiwahab was abducted in Nairobi, for what his family believe is a result of him being one of PM Roble’s most outspoken opponents.
In a recent tweet, Abdiwahab said the reason why Prime Minister Roble appointed Bashir Goobe as NISA commander was a long-term plan in which the TPLF and the UAE are involved.
