Somali police forces have arrested Jeilani Aden Abadir and accused him of killing Hibo Khasim Mohamed in Elasha Biyaha, 15km South of Mogadishu. The police said he killed her on a day she should have been celebrating her graduation from high school where she recently received her final results from the ministry. His actions changed her happiness to sadness, the police added.
