Somalia Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mohamed Abdirizak Mohamud attended the second day of the International Diplomacy Conference in Antalya.
The conference was attended by 12 presidents, 43 foreign ministers as well as four former presidents and representatives of international organizations.
The theme of this year’s conference is “New Diplomacy and Intimacy”.
Somali Foreign Minister Mohamed Abdirizak, took part in a panel discussion on African co-operation, expressing Somalia’s welcome for greater investment and co-operation.
The Minister held bilateral talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, which focused on strengthening bilateral relations and multifaceted cooperation for the benefit of both countries and brotherly peoples.
A new era of relations between Somalia and Azerbaijan has begun, with Somali Ambassador Jama Abdullahi Mohamed presenting his credentials to Azerbaijan.
