Somalia House of Representative speaker appoints technical Committee for the South west Reconciliation conference

The Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Somalia Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobe) has appointed a technical committee for the South West reconciliation conference in order to find unity, cooperation, peace and to strengthen the people’s uprising to liberate the country from Al-shabab and desist from insecurity activities.

Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobe) selected Yusuf Hassan Isaak as the chairperson of the committee while Prof.Ibrahim Sh.Abdiwahid as the deputy chairperson, Dr.Abdirashid Haji Hasan Mahamed was appointed as the secretary of the committee.

Recently, The Speaker held a meeting with the council of Presidential Candidates of the South West state in his residence to reconcile the political stakeholders after clashes over regional elections were reported.

Oppositions of the state wanted the regional presidential election to take place as soon as possible and denounced Laftagareen’s term extension by regional lawmakers.
