As President Guelleh prepared to depart from Doha, an official send-off ceremony took place at Hamad International Airport. Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, and Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to the State of Qatar, HE Tayeb Dbd Robleh, were present to bid farewell to the esteemed guest and his accompanying delegation.
