President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey holds talks with the Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives.

The Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh has visited the Turkish capital, Ankara and engaged in high-level discussions with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as officials, including Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

The meetings, held at the Presidential Complex on Wednesday, were part of efforts to strengthen ties between Turkey and Libya.

In response to Turkey’s support for Palestine, Speaker Saleh conveyed his pleasure at being in Ankara and expressed his wishes for the visit to contribute to the enhanced cooperation between the two nations.

He appreciated President Erdogan’s attitudes and stance on various matters, emphasizing the potential for further development in their bilateral relations.
