Second Phase of Reshuffle of Government Staff

Hargaysa—19,09, 2018— Staff Authority Director Sharmaake Geelle called all the staff and government employees to reconnect to their institutions and ministries since the second verification process began. There are bogus employees and double and triple salaries receivers since 2000 or beyond. In the first prescreening and strong vetting system to verify the actual staff of the government who in the payroll, 1252 employees nowhere to be seen or found when checked and were recognized as fake posts held by the same person who chose the higher salary job when given choice to keep one. These employees were removed from the government payroll. Some of the bogus payees are in the UK for easy money cash handouts while their wives were receiving the monthly wages ranging from 300 US to 2000 USD from Somaliland government.
“I work for the UN agency in Darfur for good payment scale, while my children receive social benefits in Finland, my second wife receives sizable wage from Somaliland government on my behalf by giving one % to the banker or the teller or the pay officer in the military and she sells the rations and saves the money. We don’t consider ourselves as a conmen. It’s a talent, and skill,” said a man with the condition of obscurity.
The Director also said after verification, the number of staff on overseas for short training or on scholarship 87 persons but not verified.
The agency launched the final reshuffle of the staff who or their close relatives of the beneficiaries claimed that they in special circumstances.

5. And those claimed that their names were written in a wrong way and unverified number of claims of absence of the first verification and the new registration who are in total 764.
The agency Director asks the potential registrants to contact to their respective institutions before the second call which will start on 11/09/2018.
Once verified, the next step is to announce new vacancies across the country.
