With security deterioration in mind, Puntland’s President ordered his security forces to shoot anyone carrying a gun or involved in a crime without due process. the security took freefall and he is determine to reverse.
He called Al-Shabaab hiding in the mountainous area of Galgala, Calmadow to surrender to the Puntland army or be attacked.
Puntland also asked to leave the place without mentioning where to go. Cadets have been in military training and most of the cadets are recruited to fight against what he called “the terror”
