Djibouti President Meets Somaliland Delegation

President of Djibouti Ismaïl Omar Guelleh receives Somaliland Ministerial-level delegation led by the Defence Minister Isse Ahmed,  at the Presidential Palace in Djibouti City.

The Somaliland delegation consisted of ministers of Defense, Mr Isse Ahmed and minister of Planning, Mr Awale Ibrahim Shirwa they were accompanied by head of Somaliland representative office in Djibouti Mr Abdifatah Saed.

During the meeting, President Ismail Omer Gueleh and Somaliland Delegation discussed a wide range of issues pertaining to the bilateral relationship between Djibouti and Somaliland , current affairs of the Horn of Africa  as well as regional security and socio-economic cooperation.

Meanwhile, Djibouti Prime Minister Abdulkadir M Kamil and Minister of Finance Mr Abdi Muse Dawaleh met separately wtih the Somaliland delegation at there respective offices on yesterday.

The meeting between Djibouti Prime Minister and Somaliland delegation, were discussed on strengthening the relationship between two countries and collaboration on many fronts.
