

Havoyoco Organization has organised a Career Event in Hargeisa aimed at discussing how to promote an equitable, fairer and transparent recruitment system in both jobs and internship. A large number of people including students, business managers and government officials were present at the event.
The platform is aimed to develop ideas on major challenges the country’s youth face during their process of applying for jobs as well as the process employees recruit their staff.
Kamal Hassan Isaq, the Director of Youth Affairs of Havoyoco explained in depth the significance of creating jobs for the young generations to reduce the unemployment rate in the country.
Other notable figures representing government institutions and business companies underlined the necessity of helping youth to find jobs.They also highlighted and emphasized they will provide equal job opportunities for the public.
