Somaliland President Delivers his Final Message ahead of the election

Somaliland President Muse Bihi has sent his final message before the election day. His message included advise to all the eligible voters, the candidates and the national electoral commission staff.

In his speech, president Muse Bihi noted that it is in the common interest for all parties to have a peaceful election in Somaliland.The President said this election is ment to unite the public and not to divide them. He also praised the way in which the public participated in the recently concluded election campaigns and reminded them to come out and vote peacefully for their prefered candidates.

In his remarks, Muse bihi also advised all candidates to accept the outcome of the election results in the coming days and show political maturity.

Meanwhile the other Political party leaders have also sent the same message and urged the public to work closely with the security forces.

More than one million people are expected to cast their votes for the local council and house of representatives tomorrow morning and will finally be closed in the evening. Around 50 International observers including former President and Presidential candidates will be present to witness the election process on Monday.
