Somaliland President meets with the political association registration committee

Somaliland President Muse Bihi has held a meeting on Monday with the country’s political association registration committee. According to the presidency, the ongoing political association registration was the center of the discussion.

The committee announced that they had finalized the first phase of the registration and 15 political associations have managed to advance to the second round. They informed the president that their future work goal is the fruition of the work they have for the nation to perform in the most appropriate way by observing and following the national constitution and the laws established for the country.

On the other side, the President expressed gratitude to the committee and congratulated them for the work they have done for the nation and the efforts they have made during their tenure. He urged them to expedite the process of the second round.
