The Secretary General of Somaliland’s Waddani party Khadar Hussein Abdi has blamed President Muse Bihi for poor leadership and dragging the country into unprecedented conflicts. He is demanding for his immediate resignation and to call an immediate presidential election.
As the LasAnod tension still remains unresolved, Opposition figures are also putting all the blame on President Bihi and accused him for “failing” to run the country in a successful manner.
The Secretary General of Waddani Party Khadar Hussein Abdi believes President Muse Bihi made decisions that threatened the unity of the people and allegedly conducted police brutality against “peaceful” protests in Hargeisa, Erigavo, Burao and recently in LasAnod.
Khadar Hussein stated that the only way to save the country from these current tensions is for President Bihi to resign and call an urgent presidential election. He Underlined that for the five years Bihi ruled the country, Somaliland experienced the greatest political mistakes.
