In the past years, when Somalis deserted their central government, divided themselves into groups, and got pleased with to become dredges and tools for the regional states, organizations, and tribal and individuals’ ambitions, they lost everything to serve their particular agendas. Though Arab governments of Saudi Arabia, the UAE had succeeded in bringing some semblance of reconciliation among the Horn of Africa states to stabilize and to allow exchanges of benefits, there is real warranted concern about the present and the future of Somalia. Their leadership is incapable of reading the history or learning anything from the past.

Due to these above-mentioned factors, Somalia became not only the hub of the evil alliances of Qatar, Iran and to become the playground and the asylum for all terrorists but also the market for money laundering and chief harm exporter.
However, after 27 years of absence of government in Somalia, Somalis once again met another chance to rebuild their country and to hold the future in their own hands. Yet again, the Arab league, the African Union, and the Organization of Islamic Conference OIC has to put back in its place an African, Arabic, and Islamic country which is victimized by division and terrorism. Somalia poses threat to the region.
The UN has to mobilize its resources to enable a member country of the global body exit its painful tragedy that already close to enter its third decade.
The country which is used to be of two provinces comprising of five regions that represent the historic Somalia became divided into republics ( Somaliland and Somalia) and disintegrated into several regional autonomies on cultural and clannish lines. The neighbor countries’ intervention to prevent harm for their countries’ security deteriorated the conditions.
During the fall of Somali government, the people’s talents have gone, and the public assets disappeared when vested interested group have taken for clannish purposes.
Due to unrelenting Arabic and European attempts to convince Somali back to the negotiation, the rocky deadlock has been managed but the attempts produced nothing more than skeleton of nominal government and little legitimacy in the outside world. Thus Somalia became the largest refugee exporter, most of its citizens either exiled or displaced not to mention Somalia being the largest dumping ground for toxic wastages in the world. And what’s next is to become global hub for drugs, human trafficking, arms illegal shipments, and safe haven for Al-Qaida and ISIS and its ilk.
By the way, in the horizon looms a chance to reinvent Somalia and to rebuild the country from anew following the loss of people’s popularity by Al-Shabab and their ideologies no longer saleable to the Somali youth to join the cult. The militancy is besieged and on the run. They lost most of its claimed territory. Nonetheless the regional newly created harmony (in the Horn of Africa) displaced their cheap game of tans-border harming.
Truth revealed, it’s a time that Somalis to distinguish their enemy from friend and it’s a time not to let anybody be country or a group of terror or mercenaries to exploit the land of the brave for their own twisted agenda at the expanse of the Somali public, Somalia belongs to Islamic, Arabic, and African countries.
