

Reports from Jalalaqsi district in Hiran region of Somalia say that AMISOM troops have vacated some of their positions in the district this morning.
According to local residents, the army which is based on three parts of the district reportedly left two locations. The reason for this was stated after a typical dispute happens between AMISOM troops and Jalalaqsi district administration.
Meanwhile, police officials in Jalalaqsi district said the Djiboutian troops have taken over the control of the area and the security is good.
