Somalia’s airspace has been in chaos over decades. Both military and civilian airlines have used the airspace without paying any overflight charges and ICOA UN aviation agency in Montreal had never revealed if any overflight funds have accumulated.
Ethiopia’s Airlines and other companies have been flying over Somalia’s airspace for quite long time.
