Position: Corporate Accounts Manager

Reporting to: eDahab Operations Manager

Hours: Full-time/Regular

Location: Dahabshil Buildings, Hargeisa Main Road, Opp. Dahabshiil Mall

Salary: Commensurate with required experience and qualifications

Job brief

We are looking for a corporate accounts manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales.

A corporate account manager, will represent our company and interact with major clients.

Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude are required in this position.

Ultimately, the chosen candidate should be responsible for achieving sales quota and strategic account targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage our key accounts portfolio.
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives.
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
  • Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
  • Create Client Strategy.
  • Answer Client Concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Corporate Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, relevant role.
  • Solid sales experience in Business to business environment.
  • Hands on experience with Account management systems.
  • An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an attitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficient in English, Arabic and Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales or relevant field, Master degree will be a definite plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Skills in conducting basic research on the Internet.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High comfort level with writing reports, analyzing and summarizing data from diverse sources, interviews, meetings, surveys and focus groups, and ability to deliver work on a timeline.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
