The governor said the dispute was related to the fencing off grazing land in the livestock herding area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Two neighboring households clashed and a man was wounded in a gun shot. We set out from here on Wednesday to resolve the crisis together with the eastern section police commissioner and police force.
